Our proprietary, lithium corrosion-resistant glass is engineered to effectively isolate lithium electrolytes such as LiMnO₂, Li/SO₂, and Li/SOCl₂ from environmental contaminants. We manufacture robust hermetic seals using high-conductivity pin materials, exotic alloys, and both standard and custom lithium-compatible glass formulations like Cabal 12, TA-23, and Babal. With advanced welding techniques, including resistance and laser welding, HST offers flexible integration of eyelets into battery lids.
